How to find out her bust size (investigate)

Let say you are planning to buy her a set of sexy lingeries as a surprize, but you have no clue what size she is wearing, what are you gonna do?

So you are thinking you should be checking her everyday lingeries and the newest one inside her closet right? That's right, since her figure can change so much over time, that size printed on the bra she's been wearing recently should be the most updated and you can't go wrong with it. Go check the lable inside one of her bra and you should see bunch of numbers and letters like these:
2 digit number = band size (see Knowing her Bra size if you are unsure)
Letter = Cup Size

Band Size
Usually if the number is bigger than 65, then it is measured at cm, that's what the Japanese and European size use as the measurement unit.
In the other hand, if the number is smaller than 65 (regular from 30 to 40ish), then it is measured at inches, that's what the Americans and UKs use as the measurement unit.
If you are trying to convert the sizes, and even more on the sizes difference for France, Italy, Australia, try the chart below:
So if she is wearing a Japanese bra size 70, that equals American size 32.
If she is wearing an American bra size 38, that means she is gonna need a Japanese size 85 or an Italian size 4, so on and so forth.

My Chopsticks Bra

On November 7, lingerie maker Triumph International Japan unveiled the “My Chopsticks Bra,” which features a pair of cups that resemble bowls of rice and miso soup, and a set of collapsible chopsticks that tuck into either side. The My Chopsticks Bra is the latest addition to Triumph’s line of concept lingerie designed to boost awareness of environmental issues.

Triumph unveils the My Chopsticks Bra as Japanese consumers are becoming more aware of the negative impact that disposable chopsticks have on the environment. While it is becoming increasingly trendy for people to reduce waste by carrying around their own reusable chopsticks, Japanese consumers still go through an estimated 25 billion pairs (90,000 tons) of disposable chopsticks each year, which amounts to 200 pairs per person.

Triumph lingerie model Yuko Ishida, who ordinarily carries around a pair of her own chopsticks, says she hopes people think of the environment when they see this bra, adding that “the chopsticks on the sides help add a little extra volume to your bust.”

Since 2004, Triumph has designed a number of eco-minded concept bras, including the Eco-globe Bra, the microwaveable Warm Biz Bra, and the No! Shopping Bag Bra.

Knowing her Bra size (measuring)

There are two elements to her bra size; the band size (ie. 32, 34, 36) and cup size (ie. A, B, C). You will need a measuring tape to determine her bra size.

1. Band size:
Using a soft tape-measure, measure around the ribcage directly under the bust. Be sure the tape is smooth across the back and level with the front.

Add 5 to this measurement to obtain her band size.

For example: If her ribcage measurement is 29" + (5) = 34" band size. If the resulting band size is an odd number like 33", you can usually go to the next even band size (34").

2. Cup size:
Measure loosely around the fullest part of her bust, holding the tape measure straight but not tight. Subtract her band size from this measurement.

The result would be HER REGULAR BRA SIZE. If the difference is
less than 1 inch to 1 inch = A cup
2 inches = B cup
3 inches = C cup
4 inches = D cup
5 inches = DD cup

For example: If her band size is 34" and her bust measurement is 35", she wear an "A" cup.
